This is normal kitten behavior. Kittens tend to pick a favorite spot to nurse. They use their sense of smell to find their spot. Sometimes kittens will have several spots they will nurse from while some don’t seem to care at all. In this video the tabby is latched on to the orange and white kitten’s favorite nipple.
